The Challenge.
Led the design of a desktop website for UTAP, optimizing information organization and implementing intuitive interaction design patterns to enhance the user experience for both customers and providers.
How we discovered.
Through a combination of surveys and interviews, we were able to develop a detailed user persona, representing the primary target audience for UTAP.
It then became all clear to imagine the User Journey Map, all the emotions while discovering the new technology and how it can help in the future.
